What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a full refund.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a specific size chart and fit notes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ava Lane Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we strive for fast processing, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.
How should I care for my boutique items?
To maintain the quality of our fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry, unless the care label specifies dry clean only.
